Software Consultant Trainee / Product Specialist
- Job Description
- Responsible for consultation of Finance & Business management solutions
- Analyze business requirements and provide pre-sales demonstrations
- Implement business solution including installation and configuration of the system
- Ensure smooth IT/business operations within the organization and align with the framework of the regional business operations
- Ongoing support and problem resolution to the application users
- Prepare documentations and provide training to the business users
- Study existing business software to evaluate effectiveness in meeting different business requirements
- Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science/Information System/Business Administration/Accounting
- LCC & I 2nd level or equivalent Accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in computer applications like MS Windows and MS Office Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle database, Visual Basic will be a bonus
- Knowledge of Infor enterprise business software (Sunsystems, Datastream & SSA) is an definite advantage
- Proactive, capable of thinking in/out of the box and generating new ideas
- Customer service oriented attitude and self motivation
- Good Presentation and Communication skills
- Proficiency in English & Putonghua
- Willing to travel is preferred
- Suitable candidate may be considered for Product Specialist
